Susan Williams is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Lineage. Previously, Susan held various leadership roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition & Development and Training & Development Manager at Lochbridge, a DMI Company. Susan's career also includes positions such as OAC Regional Manager and Resource Manager for the Ford account at Compuware, as well as Senior Staffing Analyst at The Auto Club Group and Lead Staffing Specialist at PeopleNet, a division of Geometric Results, Inc. Susan is an alumna of Mount Holyoke College.
