Brandon Barutt is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in product analytics and advanced analytics. Currently serving as Principal Analyst of Product Analytics at HubSpot since June 2021, Brandon focuses on optimizing product usage, cloud costs, and monetization, while also taking on a tech lead and mentorship role. Prior to this, Brandon held the position of Assistant Director for Advanced Analytics at Northwestern Mutual, contributing as a subject matter expert on data for a strategy integration team. Brandon's previous roles include Analytics Manager and Senior Analytics Associate at Zipcar, where management of a team complemented individual contributions in data projects, and Senior CRM Analyst at Foxwoods Resort Casino, leveraging statistical methods to enhance customer understanding. Additionally, Brandon has consulting experience with Delaware North and held foundational analytics roles there and in support of the Milwaukee Brewers. Brandon holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Marquette University.
