Helen Russell

Helen Russell currently serves as Chief People Officer at HubSpot, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Helen held the same role at Rivian from October 2019 to June 2024 and at Atlassian from October 2016 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving on the Peer Advisory Board at Forescout Technologies Inc. from March 2019 to March 2020, and holding the title of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sonos, Inc. from July 2014 to August 2016. Helen was Global Head of HR at Kantar Group from August 2010 to June 2014 and served as VP of Human Resources for EMEA at Yahoo! from 2005 to 2010. Early professional experience includes the role of Director of HR EMEA at Siebel Systems from 1999 to 2005. Helen Russell holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Liverpool and completed the Executive Development Programme in Driving Cultural Change at Harvard Business School.
