Mairead Holland

Mairead Holland is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior People Business Partner at HubSpot since 2023, Mairead previously held the position of HRBP Lead for Twitter across Ireland, Dubai, and Ghana from 2020 to 2023. Prior experience includes Global HR Business Partner and Senior Manager at Analog Devices from 2007 to 2020, Recruitment Lead at The Adecco Group in 2006-2007, and HR & Learning Consultant at BDO Ireland from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Limerick, a Masters in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick.
