Radhika Raste

Radhika Raste is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience and design mentorship. Currently, Radhika serves as a Senior Product Designer at HubSpot and a Peer Mentor at adplist.org, where mentorship efforts have spanned over 1,000 minutes in 2022, aiding 54 individuals globally. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Nitro, Inc., where Radhika significantly enhanced onboarding experiences for Nitro Sign and Nitro Pro, leading to notable improvements in user engagement and completion rates. Radhika has also contributed as a design mentor at various organizations and has held positions at NewsWhip and TheWhiteCatCo, designing impactful solutions that drove user adoption and fundraising initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Visual Design from the Industrial Design Center at IIT Bombay and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
