Carol Banducci

Carol Banducci is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive experience in financial management and directorship across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Corporate Director at Citibank Canada, Hudbay Minerals Inc., and ARC Resources Ltd., Carol has also held significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IAMGOLD Corporation from 2007 to March 2021, where responsibility encompassed operational and financial performance alongside merger and acquisition guidance. In 2016, Carol founded the “Miner’s Lamp Award” and Innovation Fund to promote mental health research in partnership with the University of Toronto’s Department of Psychiatry. Previous positions include Vice President of Financial Operations at Royal Group Technologies Limited and Chief Financial Officer at Canadian General Tower. Carol holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing further education at the Rotman School of Management.
