Patti Hammond

Patti Hammond is the EVP & COO at Hudson Headwaters. Prior to their current role, Patti served as the Vice President of Glens Falls Hospital from May 2017 to December 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Adirondack Health from April 2014 to May 2017. Patti has also held the role of VP, Physician Services at Ellis Medicine from November 2007 to April 2014.

Patti Hammond has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keuka College.

Patti Hammond reports to D. Tucker Slingerland, CEO. They are on a team with Jill Guillet - VP, Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer, Ephraim Back - Chief of Clinical Initiatives, and William Borgos - Chief Medical Officer. and Brittany Silvestri - VP, Operations reports to Patti Hammond.
