Brad Cleveringa

Brad Cleveringa joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs & Managing Counsel, where he provides legal

counsel for Hudson Pacific's Northern California portfolio. Cleveringa previously served as Managing Counsel at Hudson Pacific.

Prior to joining Hudson Pacific, Cleveringa served as Managing Counsel at Equity Office Properties. At Equity Office Properties, he oversaw the

company's legal services to the leasing and operational groups. Cleveringa previously practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP and Catellus Development Corporation.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
