With a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources spanning over 15 years, Swimita has been associated with organizations such as Accenture as Resourcing Lead Business Partner, Levitatee Pte Ltd as Talent Director & Co-Founder, and Nielsen as HR Associate Director. Earlier experiences include roles at the International Baccalaureate, Farnell Global, and IBM.
