Tanya Bhatnagar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background. Tanya is currently working as an Assistant Manager HR at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC). Prior to that, Tanya worked at Coforge as a Group Lead, where they had responsibilities such as creating a challenging work environment and adding value to the organization. Before Coforge, they were an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms. Tanya also held the position of Lead Executive Human Resources at HCL Technologies, where they gained valuable experience. Additionally, they worked as a Programme Executive at Delhi Management Association, where they were responsible for coordinating training programs, marketing, organizing events, and managing website content. Tanya's early career involved working as a Research Associate at Consultancy Development Centre, where they conducted extensive research on mapping technologies with government schemes.

Tanya Bhatnagar's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Ahlcon Public School. Tanya completed their schooling there and then went on to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in General. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2008, Tanya enrolled at Amity University for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business. Following their postgraduate studies, they attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Human Resource Management.
