Evan Brockman

Evan Brockman has experience as a Product Manager at Hugo Specialty Foods since February 2020. Prior to this, Brockman worked as the Director of Culinary R&D at Pegasus Foods Inc from January 2018 to February 2020, and as an Executive Development Chef at Conagra Brands from December 2008 to January 2018. Brockman holds an AS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University (2006 - 2008) and a BS in Business Management from Bellevue University (2010 - 2011).
