Sylvia Dakat

Sylvia Dakat is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as a Senior Business Development Representative at Hugo since April 2022, where the focus is on building and managing remote teams in black communities for major technology and media firms. Dakat has also been an active member of RevGenius since March 2023. Prior experience includes leading operations and logistics at PropertyPro.ng, Nigeria’s top property search platform, and serving as a customer service representative and administrative manager at Celo Events. Dakat volunteered at LEVELS NG, an organization dedicated to empowering youth and entrepreneurs in Nigeria. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos, obtained in 2016.
