Kelly Mendoza's work experience begins in 2016 when they served as a Market Research Intern at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), where they assisted in questionnaire development and generated reports for association members.

In 2015, they held the position of President at the Market Research Club, where they organized meetings, workshops, and fundraisers that raised $350. Kelly also provided hands-on training in programs like Qualtrics, SPSS, and Excel to club members.

From 2016 to 2017, Kelly worked as a Digital Acquisition Specialist at Revana Digital Performance Marketing, focusing on digital marketing strategies.

At Cal Poly Pomona in 2016, they served as a CBA Behavioral Business Lab Research Assistant, where they created presentations on fostering brand loyalty and aided in proofreading research proposals and reports. Kelly also conducted secondary research on interactive advertisements.

In 2017, they joined The Search Agency as a Paid Media Specialist and later progressed to roles such as Senior Paid Media Specialist and Associate Manager. Kelly worked on display and social paid media management.

Kelly moved to ForwardPMX in 2020 and worked as a Display & Paid Social Sr. Manager until 2020 before transitioning to RealEyes. At RealEyes, they initially served as a Partner Manager before becoming the Head of Ad Operations, a role they held from 2021 to 2023.

Finally, in 2023, they joined HUM Nutrition as a Senior Growth Manager, demonstrating their expertise in driving growth and improving business performance.

Kelly Mendoza pursued their undergraduate studies from 2014 to 2016 at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. During this time, they attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing Management. Kelly'sspecialization within the field was Marketing Research. In addition to their degree, Kelly also obtained the Facebook Certified Buying Professional certification from Facebook Blueprint in February 2019.
