Angie Adkins

Angie Adkins has a strong background in various roles spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they served as the COO of Services at Human Agency, where they provided full-service creative and business solutions to partners. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Out Boulder County, where they facilitated connection, advocacy, and education for LGBTQ+ individuals and communities. Angie also held the position of Senior Director of People Operations at Coffee & Bagel Brands, overseeing total rewards, HR technology, and HR services. Angie demonstrated their expertise in people and finance as the Director of People and Finance at Quavo, Inc., where they implemented effective internal communications strategies and established talent acquisition and growth tracks. Additionally, they contributed to FightPandemics as a volunteer in HR operations. Before that, Angie worked at Adonis Financial as the Controller and Director of Finance, managing a complex and highly regulated organization. Angie showcased their leadership skills as the Executive Vice President of HR, Finance, and Administration at Worldwide Beverage Group, where they administered total compensation and benefits packages and spearheaded various technology projects. Finally, Angie gained valuable experience as the Business Operations Manager at Clear View, Inc., streamlining operations and improving employee satisfaction.

From 2021 to 2024, Angie Adkins pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Edinburgh Business School, a part of Heriot-Watt University.
