Greg Menta

Greg Menta has a diverse and extensive work experience. Greg currently serves as the Area Vice President of Revenue at Human Interest, where they lead the Partner Account Management and Account Executive teams in the Western/SouthWestern U.S. In this role, they help small and medium-sized businesses offer affordable 401(k) plans to their employees.

Before joining Human Interest, Greg was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Aliat. Greg was responsible for helping business owners identify areas for improvement and creating a healthy work culture for their employees. Greg also assisted in the onboarding of Aliat's clients and maintained executive-level contact with them.

Prior to that, Greg held the position of Area Sales Director at Benefitfocus from 2018 to 2022. Greg led a team of Account Executives to provide strategic solutions to employers with over 2,000 employees in the West/Southwest U.S.

Greg's tenure at ADP spanned several roles and years. Greg served as the HRO Vice President of Sales, overseeing the launch of ADP HRO Solutions in Oregon and Washington. Greg also worked as a Region Vice President of Sales and a Sales Executive, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Earlier in their career, Greg worked as an MRI Sales Specialist at Hitachi Medical Systems of America. Greg began their career at ADP, where they held the positions of District Manager and Regional Sales Manager.
