Jumera Rahman

Jumera Rahman is a Senior Account Manager at Human Made. Jumera has over two years of experience working in account management, with a focus on global outreach and customer retention. Prior to joining Human Made, Jumera worked at Communicator, where they were responsible for leading the Campaign Services and Client Services Team. In their current role, they are responsible for managing customer accounts, leading campaign strategy, and reviewing account performance with key stakeholders. Jumera is also responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of financials on all accounts, and for working with senior client services teams and global teams to achieve long-term goals and strategies for the business.

Jumera Rahman is an Interactive Multimedia Design student at Northumbria University. Jumera has also studied Maths, ICT and Media Studies at A Level.
