Chris Kubisiak

Chris Kubisiak, Ph.D., currently serves as Principal Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Director of I/O Psychology Solutions at InVista from September 2021 to June 2023, and before that, served as Managing Human Capital Consultant at PDRI for over 25 years, from May 1996 to September 2021. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
