Annette Ramirez

Annette Ramirez has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Annette began their career in 1997 as a Human Resources Officer & Consultant at Torres CPA Group. Annette then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Manager at Ford Motor Credit Company in 2001. In 2003, they joined Hewitt Associates as a Human Resources Administrator. Annette then worked at Citi, starting in 2004, where they held the position of Sr HR Advisor/ Vice President for a period of 14 years. Their most recent role is as the HR Business Partner Lead at Humana, which they started in 2018.

Annette Ramirez pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, starting in 1990 and completing their degree in 1994. Following this, they enrolled at Carlos Albizu University - San Juan Campus, from 1994 to 1997, obtaining a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
