Erin Estapa

Erin Estapa has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Erin currently works as a Communications Lead at Humana, where they develop integrated communications platforms and provides strategic advice to teams and leaders. Prior to this, Erin served as an Executive Assistant at Humana, managing the productivity framework for a senior leader and transforming discussions into actionable items. Erin has also worked as a Strategy Advancement Professional and Administrative Assistant at Humana, where they provided innovative solutions, managed projects, and supported senior leadership.

Before joining Humana, Erin held positions at Loyola University Chicago and Northwestern University, where they contributed to basketball administration and program review assistance, respectively. Erin also gained experience in sports management as a Youth National Team Coordinator at the U.S. Soccer Federation and as a Sports Information Graduate Assistant at the University of Portland. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated strong organizational skills, budget management expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Erin Estapa obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Portland, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Erin later pursued a Master's Degree in Communication at the same university from 2014 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Erin completed a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate Course for Communicators offered by Ragan Communications and PR Daily in November 2023. Erin also obtained a Corporate Communications Certificate from Cornell University in March 2023. Prior to these, Erin completed the Prosci™ Change Practitioner Program through Prosci in August 2022 and the Getting Things Done certification through Getting Things Done - New Zealand in May 2021.
