Erin Estapa obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Portland, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Erin later pursued a Master's Degree in Communication at the same university from 2014 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Erin completed a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate Course for Communicators offered by Ragan Communications and PR Daily in November 2023. Erin also obtained a Corporate Communications Certificate from Cornell University in March 2023. Prior to these, Erin completed the Prosci™ Change Practitioner Program through Prosci in August 2022 and the Getting Things Done certification through Getting Things Done - New Zealand in May 2021.
