Carolina Mendiondo

Carolina Mendiondo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carolina currently holds the role of Head of Business at Humand since February 2023, where they focus on developing growth strategies and plans for the LatAm markets, increasing the customer base, and having a deep understanding of the commercial products and value proposition. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Manager, Business Development at Humand from August 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Humand, Carolina worked at Emi Labs as the Manager of Global Business Development from November 2020 to August 2022. Carolina'sresponsibilities included developing growth strategies for the US and LatAm markets, managing and retaining client relationships, negotiating with stakeholders, and conducting market research.

From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Partners Operations Manager for Argentina & Uruguay at Glovo, where they were responsible for managing the relationships with strategic partners in the gastronomic sector and coordinating work teams in Argentina and Uruguay.

Carolina has also gained extensive experience at Macronet srl, working in various roles from 2003 to 2019. Carolina started as a Cotizadora in December 2003 and later held roles such as Atencion dealers, Responsable de Ventas, and finally Gerente de Ventas. During their time at Macronet srl, they managed sales teams, analyzed sales figures, conducted marketing and advertising activities, and developed business plans.
