Russ Miller

Russ Miller, Ed.D. has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources and education. Russ most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Humanity Hospice, LLC, where they were responsible for coordinating all activities and programs relating to employee recruitment, selection, retention, and development. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at INTEGRIS Medical Group, including System Administrative Director of Provider Contracting, Credentialing, Onboarding, Recruitment, Regional Director of Human Resources, HR System Talent Manager, and Operations Manager. Russ also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Nazarene University and the University of Phoenix. In the early years of their career, Russ worked at Mercy, where they held positions such as Assistant Admitting Manager and Employment Coordinator. Overall, Russ has a broad range of experience in human resources, education, and leadership.

Dr. Russ Miller holds a Doctorate of Education in Adult Leadership from Walden University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Russ also obtained a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University, studying from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Business Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2004. Dr. Miller attended Oklahoma Christian School for their high school education.
