Ibrahima Guindo

Ibrahima Guindo, CHRME, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the management and implementation of HR strategies across various organizations in the West African region. Currently serving as the Regional HR & Legal Business Partner at Hummingbird Resources plc since January 2020, Ibrahima collaborates with corporate HR and regional leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals. Previous roles include Human Resources & Legal Manager and HR Superintendent at Management Consulting International & Associates, Consultant at Management Sciences for Health, and multiple HR leadership positions at Oxfam and World Vision, where responsibilities encompassed performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. Ibrahima holds a Master's degree in Law from Ecole Nationale d'Administration de Bamako and a certificate from the University of Oslo.
