James Cowen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial strategy and corporate development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Aon following the acquisition of Humn.ai, James has held leadership roles at Humn as CEO and CCO, focusing on strategic growth and partnerships. Previous positions include Global Corporate Development Director at Gett, where James led major fundraising initiatives and acquisitions, and advising Cargo Systems Inc. After starting a career in finance as an M&A Analyst at Greenhill & Co. and Corporate Finance Manager at Deloitte, James also co-founded iSwapBooks and contributed to techUK's transportation initiatives. James holds an ACA from ICAEW and a Geography degree from Durham University.
