Solamon Cruz Estin has a diverse range of work experience, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in operations and partnerships. Solamon co-founded Hungry House in 2023 and was a founding member of Creceras in 2022.

In their role as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Predisrupt Venture Studios from 2022 to 2023, Solamon was responsible for creating web collateral, sales collateral, and sales funnels for new business concepts. Solamon collaborated with BairesDev and BDev Ventures.

Prior to that, Solamon served as a Sr. Manager at DoorDash, leading platform product operations for new verticals from 2022 to 2023. Solamon was the Country Manager for Brazil at CloudKitchens from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the Future Foods division.

Solamon also co-founded PrimeAlign in 2019, where they held the position of VP of Operations and Sales until 2020. Before that, they worked as the Director of Driver Operations at HopSkipDrive from 2018 to 2019.

Solamon's career started at Uber in 2013, where they held multiple roles. Solamon served as a Regional Partnerships Manager for UberEATS, an Operations & Logistics Manager in Rio de Janeiro, and an International Launcher, responsible for launching new Uber cities.

In 2012, Solamon worked as a Brazil Program Manager and a Brazil Team Leader at Global Citizen Year, providing leadership development experiences for high school graduates. Solamon also served as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar from 2012 to 2013.

Solamon Cruz Estin attended Pitzer College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies with an emphasis in Political Economy. During the same period, they also attended Claremont McKenna College and Pomona College, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from these institutions. At Claremont McKenna College, they studied Spanish, Government, and Economics, while at Pomona College, they studied Economics, Politics, Latin American Studies, and Black Studies. Additionally, they attended Scripps College from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Economics and Politics. In 2012 and 2013, Solamon pursued Master's courses via a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, focusing on Social Sciences and Economics. Aside from their formal education, they hold a certification in Wilderness First Aid from NOLS, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
