John Loiacano

John Loiacano is an experienced executive in the search and recruitment industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of Search at Hunt Club since June 2021. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at Boyden from January 2008 to June 2020, including Principal and Senior Associate, contributing to the firm's reputation as a leading retained executive search and leadership consulting firm. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Recruitment Manager at Novo Group, Inc. from March 2005 to November 2007, Associate at Heidrick & Struggles from July 2003 to February 2005, and Account Manager at DHR International, Inc. from June 1999 to July 2003. John holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Merrimack College and is an alumnus of Loyola Academy.
