Joshua Carpenter

Joshua Carpenter, SPHR has a comprehensive work experience history. Joshua began their career in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Craftsman, where they managed a maintenance crew of 17 and led various departmental programs. After six years, they transitioned to Sharyland Utilities, where they worked for eleven years as Senior Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they gained extensive experience in all aspects of HR management. Currently, Joshua serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hunt Energy, where they lead the strategic business partner function and collaborates with senior leaders to achieve strategic business results and enhance employee experiences. Joshua Carpenter, SPHR, obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2010. Joshua completed their MBA/HRM degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources, from the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they earned their Bachelor's degree in General Studies, with a concentration in Business Administration, from Louisiana Tech University.
