Kelly Gaines

Kelly Gaines has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly started their career in 1994 at the National Futures Association (NFA), where they held various roles. These included being a PC/Applications Support Associate, where they provided software support and developed small Microsoft Access and Excel applications. Kelly then moved up to become an Information Center Assistant, performing administrative duties and utilizing their proficiency in Microsoft Office. Kelly later became a Programmer Analyst/Applications Developer, taking a lead role in the development of NFA's Online Registration System. Kelly also managed updates to the organization's core standard components. Moving forward, Kelly joined Hunter Industries in 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in mob programming. Kelly later became a Principal Software Engineer in 2022. Overall, Kelly has demonstrated a strong technical background and experience in software development and project management.

Kelly Gaines has a Certificate in Project Management from DePaul University, which was obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at DePaul University in 2001.
