Lani Duffy

Lani Duffy is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and licensing, currently serving as an Associate at Miller Canfield since February 2022. Prior to this role, Lani worked at Ford Motor Company for nearly six years, where responsibilities included leading corporate governance initiatives, supporting Ford Credit with regulatory filings, managing licensing processes, and advising on operational projects. Early career experience includes summer law clerk positions at both Ford Motor Company and Meridian Health Plan, as well as a legislative assistant role with the Michigan House of Representatives. Lani earned a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Wake Forest University.
