Maznor Maznan

Maznor Maznan has an extensive work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Maznor started their career as a Management Trainee at ECMLibra Securities Sdn Bhd in 2005, where they reviewed financial reports and monitored performance databases. Maznor then worked as an Administrator at the United Nation Development Programme from 2007 to 2008, where they ensured compliance with administrative policies and assisted in project coordination.

In 2008, Maznor joined Shell Business Operations and held various roles, including HR Casework Subject Matter Expert for Asia, HR Casework Team Lead for multiple regions, and HR Services Operations Lead for India. In these positions, they provided expertise on policies and processes, led teams, and maintained strong partnerships with country HR managers.

At Accenture, Maznor served as the HR Services Manager for Indonesia from 2017 to 2018, where they successfully managed process transitions and ensured compliance with client requirements. Maznor then moved on to Al-Futtaim as the HR Services Senior Manager for Asia, where they designed process maps and led knowledge transfer activities.

Most recently, Maznor held multiple roles at Alcon, such as HR Shared Services Manager and Head of HR Help Center. In these positions, they managed operations for multiple countries, recruited and developed a competent team, and successfully implemented a project plan for the launch of HR Shared Services in Kuala Lumpur.

Currently, Maznor is working as the Head of HR Shared Services at Huntsman Corporation, responsible for managing HR shared services operations.

Overall, Maznor has shown a strong track record in HR operations, process management, team leadership, and project implementation throughout their career.

Maznor Maznan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information System Science from Universiti Industri Selangor between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, Maznor Maznan has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and the Josh Bersin Academy between 2021 and 2023.
