Cassandra Farley

Cassandra Farley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cassandra worked as an Instructional Designer at HurixDigital, where they managed the course development process and collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create instructional content. Prior to that, they served as an HR Consultant/Instructional Designer at Friends of Fathers, LLC, offering small business and HR consulting to business owners. Cassandra provided expertise in strategy development, process improvement, talent development, and performance improvement. Cassandra also worked as a Curriculum Developer/Training Coach at MISS DIG SYSTEM, INC, where they developed curriculum and training solutions for call center agents. Lastly, they served as an Associate/Lead Faculty at the University of Phoenix, teaching business and human resources courses and creating instructional materials.

Cassandra Farley holds an EdS degree in Instructional Design from Wayne State University. Cassandra also obtained a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree in Business Administration and Management from Walsh College. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Communication from Western Michigan University. Additionally, Cassandra obtained a certification in Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID from LinkedIn in April 2023.
