Alexis Lerch

Alexis Lerch is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in geriatric primary care, currently serving at Huron Valley PACE since January 2022. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital from June 2019 to November 2021 and at Pain Specialists of Greater Chicago from October 2014 to June 2019. Additionally, Alexis held the position of Inpatient Diabetes Nurse Practitioner at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital for just over a year, and began the nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Med-Call Healthcare and Rush University Medical Center from 2012 to 2011, respectively. Alexis completed a Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Adult Nurse Practitioner at Rush University College of Nursing and obtained a BSN in Nursing from Illinois State University.
