Kristen Bruner

Kristen serves as chief human resources officer and corporate vice president at Huron. She has more than 25 years of experience driving high-performance cultures across many industries, guiding talent management, strategic change, leadership development, and operating model design.

Kristen was appointed chief human resources officer and corporate vice president of Huron in September 2022. She has led human resources transformations across digital, life sciences, retail, supply chain, manufacturing, and aerospace industries — driving culture, experience, and purpose while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Before Huron, Kristen served as chief human resources and communications officer at W. L. Gore & Associates, a material sciences business. For over 18 years, she held human resources leadership roles at Boeing. Prior to Boeing, she served in various human resources roles across software, digital, retail, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries.

Kristen earned her Presidents and Key Executives (PKE) Master of Business Administration and her Master of Science in organization development from Pepperdine University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego and a professional certification in human resources from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She completed the modern chief human resources program from Cornell University.
