Sophie Twilley, an Associate member of CIPD, currently serves as an HR Administrator at Hurst Point Group since June 2023. With prior experience as a Human Resources Administrator at BioPure Technology Ltd and as a Human Resources Assistant at TC Group, Sophie has developed a solid foundation in HR functions. Sophie's career began as an HR Apprentice at Babcock International Group, following a role as a Customer Care Agent at Richmond Motor Group and an Apprenticeship in Procurement at Lockheed Martin. Sophie's education includes a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management from Chichester College and a CIPD Level 3 from Highbury College, complemented by a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business Marketing from HSDC Havant & South Downs, and nine GCSEs from Purbrook Park School.
