Alex McNeil

Alex McNeil has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of expeditions and polar exploration. Alex is currently the Senior Vice President - Expeditions Product and Guest Experience at Hurtigruten Group. Prior to that, they founded Oxen Expedition Engagement Network, a not-for-profit organization promoting community values in the polar regions. Alex has also worked at Quark Expeditions, where they held various roles including Director of Expedition Experience and Innovation, Director of Product, Expedition Staff Manager, and Expedition Leader. In addition, they served as a Polar Historian, Expedition Guide, and Chair of Community Engagement Committee at AECO - Association of Arctic Expedition Cruise Operators. Alex McNeil also owned The Great North Group from 2004 to 2011.

Alex McNeil attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued an Executive MBA. The field of study is not specified.
