Donata Ylaitė

Donata Ylaitė has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as a Strategic Process Lead at Hurtigruten Group, the world's leading adventure travel group. Prior to that, they worked at Circle K Europe for over a decade, where they held positions such as Senior Manager BCS Operational Excellence and Specialist Sales & Customer Service Excellence. Donata also worked at UAB Lietuva Statoil, where they served as a Sales Development Specialist, Supply and Logistic Specialist, and Accountant. Earlier in their career, they worked at UAB Bite Lietuva as an Operator and at UAB Artform as a Shop Assistant.

Donata Ylaitė holds a Master's degree in Economics, Management and Business administration from Vilnius University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management and Business administration at Vilnius University from 2002 to 2006. Donata also attended Vilnius Jesuit High School from 1995 to 2002. Donata has additionally obtained various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021, and Mastering Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media and Beyond from Emeritus in both 2021 and 2022. Donata has also received certifications in Mimic Social, Mimic Pro, and Design Thinking from institutions such as Stukent and LinkedIn.
