Jessica Quillen has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Jessica currently holds the position of VP, Commercial Systems at Hurtigruten Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global CRM from June 2022 to May 2023. Jessica has also worked as the VP of Marketing, Americas at Hurtigruten Group from September 2021 to June 2022. Jessica worked at Merkle as a Digital Senior Account Manager from June 2013 to April 2016. Before that, Jessica was a self-employed Independent Online Marketer from May 2011 to May 2015. Jessica has also worked at OtterBox as a Loyalty/Brand/Email Marketing Manager from August 2012 to June 2013. Jessica began their career as an English Language Instructor at Weifang University from July 2011 to July 2012. Jessica Quillen earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Utah State University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2007. Jessica went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Kentucky from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has also obtained certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce and Management Essentials from Harvard Business School.
