Danelle Rougeau Suchy

Danelle Rougeau Suchy has a background in corporate/commercial law, specializing in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing disputes, and providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions. With experience as a Legal Counsel at Hut 8 and Ceridian, as well as previous roles as Articling Student-at-Law and Student Editor, Danelle has a strong legal foundation. Danelle holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Manitoba and has participated in international law exchange programs at the University of Oxford and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem International Alumni Association.
