Sean Carney

Sean Carney has extensive work experience in various roles related to facilities, real estate, and property operations. Sean currently holds the position of Director of Facilities at Hut 8 and US Bitcoin Corp, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Director - Real Estate, Facilities & Property Operations at Foundation Partners Group from February 2018 to February 2023. Sean also has experience as a Director of Asset Management at McCraney Property Company from February 2017 to February 2018. Sean's previous roles include Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities at E*TRADE from December 2013 to 2016, Global Real Estate Manager at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from July 2012 to December 2013, Facilities Project Manager at Jackson Lewis P.C. from 2008 to July 2012, Journeyman Bricklayer at International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers from 2003 to 2008, Cable Splicer at Verizon from 1998 to 2001, and Head Court Attendant & Grounds Crew at (USTA) United States Tennis Association from July 1995 to September 2000.

Sean Carney has an MBA, with distinction, from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Sean attended Archbishop Molloy High School and also studied Project Management at Stanford University. Sean has additionally obtained certifications in Crematory Operations from the Cremation Association of North America and in Project Management from Stanford University.
