Elina Ji

Elina Ji has over 16 years of work experience, beginning in 2004 at WuXi AppTec. There, they held roles as Group Leader in the Discovery Department and later as Recruitment Lead. During their time at WuXi AppTec, they were responsible for managing multiple projects, building relationships with universities and recruitment agencies, and developing effective recruitment policies and procedures. In 2011, they joined GSK as an HRBP, where they supported full-life cycle recruitment and led recruiting efforts for R&D in China. In 2018, they moved to Merck Group as an HR Business Partner, and in 2020, they joined HUTCHMED as an HR Director.

Elina Ji's education history includes a Certificate in Human Resource Director Course from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained in the year 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science at Ocean University of China, from 2001 to 2004. Elina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Chemistry from the same university, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Elina Ji has obtained a certification in "Unlocking Your Potential" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
