Jonel Schwarz

Jonel Schwarz has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jonel is currently working as the Head of HR, EMEA at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., where they are responsible for developing multiple markets and implementing a people plan for growth. Prior to this, they served as the Sr HR Director, EMEA at Kyowa Kirin International plc., leading the establishment of a new business unit and achieving high employee engagement during a significant change process. Jonel also held the position of HR Director at Celgene, where they played a key role in various strategic initiatives, including talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, Unilever, and Novartis Consumer Health. Jonel began their career as an HR Advisor at Ivax Pharmaceuticals.
