Jie Zhu

Jie Zhu is a senior scientist at Hutchison MediPharma, with expertise in designing and managing preclinical toxicity studies, including single dose and repeated dose toxicology, safety pharmacology, and geno-toxicology to support clinical trials and early phase research. With over three years of experience in US and China IND filings, Jie Zhu previously served as a Senior Study Director at the National Shanghai Center of Drug Safety Evaluation & Research, overseeing the preclinical safety evaluation of various drug types. Jie Zhu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Toxicology from Wuhan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Preventive Medicine, Epidemiology, and Public Health from Nanchang University.
