Stella Lee is a professional with a diverse background in law, corporate advisory, compliance, and research. Stella has held various roles in prestigious companies such as HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, ASIC, and JONES DAY®, demonstrating expertise in areas such as ECM, M&A, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With a Juris Doctor degree from UNSW and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Sydney, Stella brings a unique skill set to their current role as Special Counsel.
