Eran Peled-Farkash

Eran Peled-Farkash is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management across the food, pharmaceutical, and laboratory sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at hylabs since June 2021, Eran previously held the position of Operation Manager at Tnuva, where responsibilities included overseeing a production floor of 200 employees and managing raw materials and finished products. Prior experience includes a Production Manager role at Nestle S.A., responsible for a 240-employee production team and implementing advanced manufacturing methodologies, as well as a QA Manager role ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards. Eran's earlier career featured leadership in sterile production settings at Rafa Laboratories and Teva Pharmaceuticals. Eran holds an MBA from The Open University of Israel and a B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry & Biotechnology from Ariel University.
