Susan McRoberts is currently serving as the Head of People at hyble, an international marketing technology company that specializes in software and services for the beverage industry. In addition to her current role, she also owns The Curated Consultancy, where she works with start-up and scale-up business owners to create engaging workplaces. Susan has a wealth of experience in HR, talent management, and project management from her previous roles at BT, where she led various teams and initiatives to drive organizational success. Graduating with a MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster, Susan has a strong educational background to support her professional expertise.
