Inka Laakso

Inka Laakso (née Helaniemi) serves as the Head of People at LeadDesk since January 2023, responsible for Group HR across eight countries and leading a team of four HR and Talent Acquisition specialists. Prior to this role, Inka worked as an HR Consultant with Wise Consulting, engaging in various HR and Talent Acquisition projects for start-ups, scale-ups, and global corporations from October 2021 to December 2022. Inka's previous experiences include significant HR roles at Sanoma, Alma Media, Nordea, KONE, Bastion Catering Oy, and Cargotec, focusing on areas such as change management, employee lifecycle support, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Inka holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Turku School of Economics and has furthered education at ESSEC Business School.
