Rachel Winship

Rachel Winship serves as the Global Head of People Compliance at SAP, leading a team focused on harassment, discrimination, and HR compliance matters, including workplace investigations and policy management. With prior experience as the People and Anti-Discrimination Compliance Officer for the Americas, Rachel has effectively managed investigations involving senior management. Previous roles include serving as an Attorney on the Employee Relations Investigations Team at Microsoft and as an EEO Investigator at The Boeing Company, where Rachel conducted complex investigations and provided training on compliance. As a #IamRemarkable Gold Tier Facilitator, Rachel empowers women and underrepresented groups through workshops. Rachel holds a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from Mercy University.
