Jennifer Wordham has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career at the American Red Cross as a Disaster Services Project Coordinator, where they managed the Allstate Foundation Earthquake Mitigation grant program and responded to various disasters. Jennifer then moved to Siemens Healthineers as a Project Manager, overseeing projects related to the integration of different diagnostic companies and the transfer of operations. Jennifer later joined the Michelson Found Animals Foundation, Inc. as the Vice President of Administration, where they implemented structures and procedures for the growing start-up organization. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included financial and program reporting, office management, and employee relations. Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked at RDI - Research & Development Institute as the Director of Clinical Trials and Operations, handling a range of activities related to clinical trials, contract management, and regulatory submissions. Currently, they are employed at Hycor Biomedical LLC as the Senior Director of Corporate Planning and Program Management. In this role, Jennifer collaborates with senior management to develop strategic plans and translates them into major functions to achieve company initiatives and revenue targets.
Jennifer Wordham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Jennifer then pursued their Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Long Beach, completing their studies from 1995 to 1998.
