Joe Cornacchia, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Joe started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from 2002 to 2006. Joe then joined Brookfield Asset Management where they held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Acadian Timber Corp and Enwave North America, Vice President of Corporate Finance for Brookfield Renewable Partners, and Director of Private Equity Funds for Brookfield Brazil. In these roles, they were responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. Joe also worked at Fengate Asset Management as the Senior Vice President of Finance - Infrastructure, overseeing financial reporting, investor relations, tax, compliance, and valuations of the infrastructure portfolio. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Finance at Hydro One, Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution provider. Joe has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Joe Cornacchia, CPA, CA has a High School Diploma from Brebeuf College School. Joe then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Joe also completed an International Exchange Experience at the University of Bath. Joe further enhanced their education by completing the Brazilian Investments and Structures Course at the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais. Currently, they are pursuing the Rotman-Odgers Berndtson CFO Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Additionally, Joe holds the Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
