Vice President Employee & Labour Relations, Diversity And Governance at Hydro One

Jonathan Rebick has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and labour relations. Jonathan currently holds the position of Vice President Employee & Labour Relations, Diversity and Governance at Hydro One, where they are responsible for managing employee relations, diversity initiatives, and governance. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Human Resources at Hydro One and Enercare Inc., where they oversaw all aspects of HR, including labour relations, communications, compensation, talent acquisition, and leadership training. Jonathan also held the role of Vice President Human Resources at VON Canada, where they had similar responsibilities for a multi-jurisdictional organization. Before transitioning to HR, Rebick served as Vice-President Provincial Lines and Forestry and Vice President Strategic Planning at Hydro One, where they managed large-scale projects and played a crucial role in the government's asset review and IPO process for the company. Throughout their career, Rebick has demonstrated expertise in labour negotiations, grievance/arbitration strategies, organizational design, health and safety, pensions, mentorship, and coaching.

Jonathan Rebick earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, graduating in 1998. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University, completing their degree in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Jonathan obtained a certification as a Certified Facilitator in Effective Intelligence from Forrest & Company Limited in 2017. Jonathan also attended the University of Toronto from 1998 to 2000, studying Labour and Industrial Relations and earning a degree known as MIR.
