Stephanie Bruckl has a diverse work experience in both legal practice and financial recruitment. Stephanie worked as the Head of Financial Services (In-House) at Hydrogen Group, where they provided market-leading recruitment services to major global banks and financial institutions. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Sales Associate at Four Seasons Recruitment, gaining experience in sales and customer service. Stephanie also interned at DLF LAWYER, where they conducted legal research and provided advice on Chinese tax and corporate laws. Stephanie had further internship experiences at Edwin Coe and Catlin, where they gained exposure to various legal cases and processes.

Stephanie Bruckl earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Kent from 2010 to 2013.
